Seven coordinated armor components for newcomers seeking a complete neck-to-foot armor package. Offered as one complete set in three standard sizes, with no substitutions. Helmet, weapons, and pictured clothing are not included.

U.S. SHIPPING — $850

An $850 U.S. shipping charge applies to the armor set and is collected at checkout. This product is currently available for shipping to eligible U.S. addresses only. Other products placed in the same order may add their own shipping charges. International freight and customs-related charges can change between order placement and dispatch. If documented duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier/customs assessments attributable to this shipment cause the final shipping and import cost to exceed the original $850 shipping quote, TRW Armory will contribute up to $150 toward the documented excess. Any amount beyond TRW's $150 contribution remains the customer's responsibility.

Shipping, Import Costs & Transparency

This armor is manufactured overseas and shipped internationally. Final freight and import charges cannot be confirmed until the completed kit is packed, measured, and classified. Carrier rates, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs assessments may change while the kit is in production.

If documented duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier/customs assessments attributable to this shipment cause the total shipping and import cost to exceed the original $850 shipping quote, TRW Armory will contribute up to $150 toward that documented excess. The customer may be asked to provide or authorize use of an itemized carrier or customs invoice. TRW's contribution is capped at $150 per order; any remaining excess is the customer's responsibility.

If a material specification, production estimate, shipping cost, or competition requirement changes before fulfillment, we will communicate the change rather than present an estimate as a guarantee.

Manufacturer-Reported Construction

The material grades, steel thicknesses, hardness ranges, and construction details below are supplied by the manufacturer and have not been independently laboratory verified by TRW Armory.

Kusnacht-type brigandine: Wool felt and canvas outer covering; internal plates of mixed 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm pre-tempered grade 202 stainless steel, 35–38 HRC. Leather straps and antique-style buckles.
Anatomical arm harness: Spaulders and arm protection in 1.2 mm tempered C55 carbon steel, 38–42 HRC. Leather straps and antique-style buckles.
Articulated leg harness: Thigh armor, knees and three-segment greaves in 1.2 mm tempered C55 carbon steel, 38–42 HRC. Riveted, replaceable knee wings; leather straps and antique-style buckles.
Armored mittens: 1.2 mm tempered C55 carbon steel, 38–42 HRC, with padded leather gloves.
Plate sabatons: 1.2 mm pre-tempered grade 202 stainless steel, 35–38 HRC.
360° gorget: Neck, shoulder and spine protection with 1.2 mm pre-tempered grade 202 stainless-steel plates, 35–38 HRC, riveted to 2.5–3 mm leather.
Groin guard: 1.2 mm grade 202 stainless steel, 34–36 HRC.

Standard Sizes

The following are manufacturer-provided height and body-weight guidelines, not a guarantee of fit. Both height and weight should fall within the chosen range. Exact chest, waist, limb, and padding allowances have not yet been confirmed.

Small: approximately 5 ft 5 in–5 ft 7 in; 132–154 lb (60–70 kg).
Medium: approximately 5 ft 8 in–5 ft 11 in; 154–176 lb (70–80 kg).
Large: approximately 6 ft 0 in–6 ft 3 in; 176–220 lb (80–100 kg).

If you fall outside these ranges or are uncertain about sizing, contact TRW Armory before ordering. Non-standard sizing, if available, must be confirmed in writing before an order is accepted and may involve additional production time or cost.

Production Time

The manufacturer's current production estimate for a standard-size set is approximately 8–9 weeks after the order is accepted and production begins. This is a production estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. International transit and customs processing require additional time. If a material delay develops, TRW Armory will communicate the updated information available to us.

Competition & Safety

TRW Armory does not represent this set as universally approved or certified for Buhurt competition. Rules vary by organization and event, and armor remains subject to the applicable organizer's equipment inspection. Customers should confirm the rules of the events in which they intend to participate.
