TRW Armory Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Fulfillment

TRW Armory LLC (“TRW Armory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) works with independent manufacturers, craftspeople, suppliers, logistics providers, and fulfillment partners to provide our products.

Depending on the product, an order may be shipped from TRW Armory, a domestic fulfillment location, a manufacturer, supplier, or another authorized fulfillment partner. Products within the same order may ship separately and may originate from different locations.

Processing and Production Times

Processing, production, and shipping times vary by product. Any estimated processing, production, or delivery timeframe displayed on a product page, order confirmation, or other communication is an estimate unless expressly identified by TRW Armory as a guaranteed date.

Made-to-order, customized, personalized, altered, or customer-specific products may require additional production time. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

We will comply with applicable laws governing shipment delays, customer notification, cancellation rights, and refunds.

Shipping Destinations

TRW Armory primarily serves customers within the United States.

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to determine the countries, states, territories, jurisdictions, addresses, and destinations to which particular products may be offered or shipped.

Availability of a product on our website does not guarantee that the product can legally or practically be shipped to every destination.

TRW Armory may decline or cancel an order when shipment would violate applicable law, carrier restrictions, import or export requirements, payment-provider requirements, sanctions, product restrictions, or other legitimate business or compliance requirements. If TRW Armory cancels an order before merchandise is supplied, amounts collected for the cancelled merchandise will be refunded as required by applicable law.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will generally be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before an order is finalized.

Shipping charges may vary based upon product size, weight, destination, carrier, service level, fulfillment location, insurance requirements, and other logistical considerations.

Delivery Estimates

Carrier transit and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of manufacturing, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, governmental actions, regulatory requirements, address problems, or other circumstances outside TRW Armory's reasonable control.

TRW Armory will comply with applicable legal requirements concerning shipment delays and customer cancellation or refund rights.

Tracking and Multiple Shipments

Tracking information will be provided when available. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Customers should promptly contact TRW Armory if an address error is discovered. Once an order has entered production or has been transferred to a carrier, an address change may not be possible.

International Orders, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipping, when offered, is available only to destinations approved by TRW Armory.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, international customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, and other governmental or carrier-imposed charges associated with importing merchandise into the destination jurisdiction.

Customs clearance requirements and processing times are controlled by the applicable authorities and are outside TRW Armory's direct control.

Customers are responsible for determining whether merchandise may lawfully be imported, possessed, or used in their jurisdiction. TRW Armory may refuse shipment to destinations where we reasonably believe legal, regulatory, carrier, or logistical restrictions make fulfillment inappropriate.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

Customers should inspect their shipment promptly upon delivery. If merchandise arrives damaged, materially defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact chris@trwarmory.com promptly with the order number, description of the issue, and photographs when appropriate.

TRW Armory will evaluate the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution consistent with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Customers should retain the merchandise and all original packaging while a shipping or damage claim is being evaluated.

Carrier Delivery

Delivery scans, signatures, photographs, and other carrier records may be considered when investigating claims involving delivery.

TRW Armory is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate customer-provided addresses or other customer-supplied delivery information, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Returns

Shipment of returned merchandise is governed by the TRW Armory Return & Refund Policy. Customers should not return merchandise without first contacting TRW Armory and obtaining return instructions.

Changes to This Policy

TRW Armory may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The version in effect when an order is accepted will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
