TRW ARMORY CHRISTMAS EVE FEDER GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
The TRW Armory Christmas Eve Feder Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by TRW Armory (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and representatives of TRW Armory, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins when TRW Armory officially announces that entries are open.
All entries must be received by December 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
TRW Armory's records will determine whether an eligible subscription was received before the deadline.
4. HOW TO ENTER
The only method of entry is subscribing to the TRW Armory mailing list through TRW Armory's official subscription form.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
An eligible individual who successfully subscribes to the TRW Armory mailing list receives an entry in the Giveaway.
Individuals who subscribed before the Giveaway began remain eligible and do not need to subscribe again.
Limit one subscriber account per person. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or multiple subscriptions created by the same individual in an attempt to obtain additional entries may be disqualified.
5. FIRST 150 SUBSCRIBER LOYALTY BONUS
The first 150 eligible individuals to subscribe to the TRW Armory mailing list receive two (2) total entries in the Giveaway.
This includes qualifying individuals who subscribed before the Giveaway began.
Once the first 150 eligible subscribers have been reached, subsequent eligible subscribers receive one (1) entry.
The loyalty bonus means two total entries, not two additional entries.
TRW Armory's subscriber records, including subscription date and time, will determine which subscribers qualify among the first 150.
No purchase is required to qualify for the loyalty bonus.
6. PRIZE
One (1) confirmed winner will receive one new, unused feder in unopened original packaging.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $302 USD.
The feder appearing in promotional photographs is the owner's personal feder and is shown for illustrative and promotional purposes only. The photographed feder is not the actual prize.
The winner will receive a new, unused feder of the same advertised model/specification in unopened original packaging.
No cash alternative is available. The prize may not be transferred or exchanged by the winner.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond TRW Armory's reasonable control, TRW Armory may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.
7. WINNER SELECTION
One potential winner will be selected at random on December 24, 2026 from all eligible entries received by the deadline.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Qualifying members of the first 150 subscribers will have two entries in the drawing. All other eligible subscribers will have one entry.
Being selected does not automatically make an entrant the confirmed winner. Eligibility must first be verified.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
TRW Armory will contact the potential winner using the contact information associated with their mailing-list subscription.
The potential winner must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification and provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated timeframe, declines the prize, is ineligible, or otherwise fails to satisfy these Official Rules, TRW Armory may randomly select an alternate potential winner.
TRW Armory will never require a winner to purchase anything or pay TRW Armory to claim the prize.
9. SHIPPING
TRW Armory will pay standard outbound shipping for the prize to the confirmed winner at a valid United States shipping address.
The winner must provide a complete and accurate address where delivery and receipt of the prize are lawful.
10. TAXES
The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with accepting or receiving the prize to the extent required by applicable law.
11. ENTRY INTEGRITY
TRW Armory may disqualify entries reasonably determined to involve fraud, false information, automated entry methods, multiple identities or email accounts used to obtain unauthorized entries, or interference with the fair operation of the Giveaway.
TRW Armory may take reasonable steps to verify an entrant's identity and eligibility.
12. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
If fraud, technical problems, platform failures, or circumstances beyond TRW Armory's reasonable control materially affect the integrity or lawful operation of the Giveaway, TRW Armory reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway.
13. PRIVACY AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Information provided through the subscription process may be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, deliver the prize, prevent fraud, and provide TRW Armory marketing communications consistent with applicable law.
Subscribers may unsubscribe from TRW Armory marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications.
14. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is sponsored and administered by TRW Armory.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social-media platform on which it may be promoted.
15. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and TRW Armory's reasonable decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive or limit rights or protections that cannot legally be waived or limited.
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
